The HILCO Civic & Event Center is located in the town of Itasca, TX which is conveniently located midway between Ft. Worth and Waco right off I-35W. The rental hall area is 18,745 square feet and can accommodate anything from small celebrations to large scale corporate events. It is an excellent location for weddings, corporate events, trainings, graduations, trade shows, birthday parties, and other various events. Packages can be created to include catering, florist, DJ/bands and more. Welcome

We are the newest civic center in central Texas. We are conveniently located between Fort Worth and Waco right off of I-35W. We have 18,745 square foot state of the art facility that can hold from 1,040 guest banquet style to 1,600 guest theatre style. We are able to accommodate any size event by dividing up the hall into 1/4, 1/2, 3/4 or utilizing the entire hall.

As you plan your event with HCEC, you will notice from the start that we have a one of a kind event planning staff that will assist you in any way possible. From weddings to birthday parties to large corporate events we will help make your special event a reality. Our staff will listen to your wants and needs to put your plan into action. We provide services from as simple as only the venue rental to a turnkey experience. We can provide catering, customized floral arrangements, unique entertainment, and extended hours.

Come tour our new outdoor venue

Come visit HILCO Civic & Event Center and plan a tour of our gorgeous new outside venue. This beautiful venue features a custom chandelier and oversized stone faux fireplace. It would be the perfect place to hold an intimate wedding, reception, or party with up to 200 of your friends and family. It is adorned with beautiful landscaping for your picture needs. It also has old world barn doors and window shutters that can be open to let in the beautiful outdoor surroundings.
