OUR MOST COMMON QUESTIONS
Is security required?
Yes. Approved security must be on-site from the time alcohol is served or at the beginning of the reception (whichever comes first) until the venue is cleared and locked for the night.
Are tables and chairs included? What styles are available?
Yes! We provide tables and chairs for up to 300 guests.
- Chairs: Banquet-style and 240 white garden chairs
- Tables: 8' rectangular and 5' round tables (seating 8 per table)
Please note: You are responsible for the setup and breakdown of all tables and chairs.


Is smoking allowed on the property?
No. HILCO Civic & Event Center is a completely smoke-free property. This includes all indoor and outdoor areas, and applies to cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and any other smoking devices.
