General Prices

  • Entire Center:  Accommodates 1,040 people banquet-style

    • $2,125 for a 10-hour block weekday; $2,500 for a 10-hour block weekend​

    • $1,075 for a 5-hour block weekday; $1,250 for a 5-hour block weekend

  • 3/4 of Center:  Accommodates 775 people banquet-style

    • $1,750 for a 10-hour block weekday; $2,000 for a 10-hour block weekend​

    • $850 for a 5-hour block weekday; $1,000 for a 5-hour block weekend

  • 1/2 of Center:  Accommodates 500 people banquet-style

    • $1,275 for a 10-hour block weekday; $1,500 for a 10-hour block weekend​

    • $650 for a 5-hour block weekday; $750 for a 5-hour block weekend

  • 1/4 of Center:  Accommodates 260 people banquet-style

    • $850 for a 10-hour block weekday; $1,000 for a 10-hour block weekend​

    • $425 for a 5-hour block weekday; $500 for a 5-hour block weekend​​ 

  • New Outdoor Venue: Accommodates 200 people banquet-style

    • $650 for a 10-hour block weekday; $850 for a 10-hour block weekend​

Entire Center: $300/ hour weekday; $350/hour weekend

  • 3/4 of Center: $250/hour weekday; $300/hour weekend

  • 1/2 of Center: $200/hour weekday; $250/hour weekend

  • 1/4 of Center: $150/hour weekday; $200/hour weekend

  • Outdoor Venue: $125/hour weekday; $150/ hour weekend

Additional Fees

​

  • Kitchen Usage:  $200 Large; $100 Small

  • Projector/Visual:  $75

  • Sound System:  $50 (Additional Microphone $20 each)

  • Podium:  $25

  • Portable Stage:  $12.50 for each 4'x4' section (six section minimum)

  • Linens:  $10.00 per table linen (white or black available)

  • Security:  $55 per hour (4 hour minimum) 1 officer per 75 guests unless approved by the facility

  • Bride's Room/Quince Room:  $100

  • Groom's Room:  $75

  • Bar Station:  $50 each

  • Uplights:  $13 each

  • Marquee Advertisement:  $25 per day

  • Hanging of lights or decorations: $50/hour

  • Decoration Rental: Ask for Pricing                  

Other Information

Weekends begin Friday at 5:00 p.m. and apply through Sunday at midnight.

HILCO Electric Member Discount

20% off hall rental with verification of the account.  Discount does not apply to additional fees.

 

Schools and other non-profit organizations receive a 20% discount on hall rental rates.
